A SequenceNavigator that uses a SlidingPanels control to provide a slide transition during navigation.

When navigating left or right, the stock SequenceNavigator control shows the new panel instantly, whereas the Carousel control slides the new panel into view. The control uses a CSS transition when the user's browser supports that, otherwise it falls back to a jQuery animation.
